Maintenance service electric golf trolley
Scope of maintenance:
Cleaning
Complete trolley cleaning if possible
Touch up paint damage with touch-up pen if possible
Visual inspection
Inspect frame for cracks, fractures and rust
Check wheels for damage and rubber tyres for wear
Check bag support rubbers for cracks and holes, replace if necessary
Check excavator rubber for cracks and damage, replace if necessary
Mechanical Functions
Check folding mechanism for ease of movement and adjust if necessary
Locking quick-release fasteners Check drive wheel and grease
Check scorecard holder and umbrella holder functions
Check and tighten all screws
Check directional stability under load and adjust if necessary
Electrical Functions
Check function and zero position of potentiometer ( speed wheel)
Check gearbox and motor (visual inspection of plugs and gearbox)
Check control buttons for function
Check downhill brake/ magnetic brake and adjust magnetic brake if necessary
Battery and charger
Capacity check battery incl. analysis printout
Check charger for function
Check battery and charger connection plug
Check LED display for batteries with charge level indicator
Charge battery
Other information
Spare parts included in the package price: Bag rubber, bag support rubber, T-handle sealing plug, speed control operating cap, wheel caps, axle bolts, locking bolts, screws, small parts and lubricant
Spare parts not included: except under warranty Electronics, potentiometers, control knobs, motors, gears, rims, ball bearings for front wheel, rubber tyres, frame parts, scorecard holder or parts thereof, umbrella holder, battery, charger, electrical plugs and sockets, transport bags
Shipping costs within Germany included. Shipping surcharge EU is 20€ and will be charged separately. The original box should be available, please do not dispose of it. If required and in stock, we offer an empty box for 15€ incl. shipping within Germany.
